Over Night CBD Infused Blueberry Oats
If you are like me, and have very limited time in the mornings, running around trying to get the kids ready for school, or just can't help hitting that snooze button a few more times, (before actually pulling yourself out of bed), then anything that saves time is a boon. This super simple, healthy breakfast can be completely customised to suit personal tastes and only takes 5 minutes to prepare the night before. This over night CBD infused blueberry oats is high in fibre and antioxidants and with the addition of CBD has a range of potential benefits. Soaking the oats overnight makes them delicious and creamy - a healthy start to the day!
Ingredients
150g Porridge oats
1/3 - 1/2 Cup of milk - any alternative milk would work such as almond or even yogurt
35g Blueberries
Your daily dose of CBD
Drizzle of honey (optional)
Mixed berries or fruit of your choice (optional)
Nuts (optional)
Method
Cover the oats with the milk or yogurt, (add more or less depending upon the consistency you want), add the blueberries, stir, then infuse with your daily dose of CBD.
Cover the mixture and leave in the fridge overnight.
The following morning add nuts and/or your favourite fruits and to make it sweeter add a drizzle of honey.
